This dealership has given prompt service and supplied me with a lyft ride to and from my home. They did not repair everything they said they would. I would not purchase a vehicle from any of the Courtesy chain as they include about $1500 of "extras" i don't want. This is extortion and don't want to pay it.
I've had my Kia serviced Courtesy Kia for several years. They do a great job. I always choose to wait in the lobby for my car and enjoy their coffee bar and snacks. The hour, sometimes 2 go by quickly and I feel confident that the work was done correctly.
I have a 2004 Amanti with 26,000 miles on it. Parts are hard to come by. Courtesy Kia from service to finding a part nationwide has been above and beyond a perfect experience.

My wife brought our Kia Sorento in for a oil change about 3 weeks ago when she arrived in Mesa. I flew in Friday and Saturday morning noticed the splash shield was hanging down. When I looked at it I noticed it was missing 4 of the screws that hold it on. In the 2 1/2 years of owning my Kia Sportage, all maintenance service has been done at this dealership. The service department has treated me respectfully, professionally, and made sure all concerns were addressed. Since I drive a distance, I wait for my Sportage while it's being serviced. I've never had to wait longer than the guesstimated time given and most of the time, service was completed earlier. Everything about our Kia Soul purchase as smooth as silk! So much so, we are going to buy another from James/Courtesy. James, our sales person, is VERY knowledgable about his product, professional, courteous, and NOT pushy. I prefer communication via txt, and James as great in that regard.

They seemed great at first—until they weren’t. After multiple attempts, they failed to fix my tire pressure sensors. Despite that, they refused to offer a refund. Now, the service advisor, Donovan, won’t even return my calls. Extremely disappointing. I would not recommend this dealership.

The service is excellent, on time and on budget. I am disappointed that my car was not washed. I had a Lexus before my current Kia Niro, and I like the Niro much more, but when I went to the Lexus dealer for service, my car always came back freshly washed.
It's a pleasure going to Courtesy KIA for vehicle maint & repair. Actually, I was a few days early for my appointment but svc advisor Michael Hedgpeth got my car in service to complete maint services. Kudos Michael!

The service was excellent. Very friendly and helpful. They took care of my vehicle in less than the time they quoted me. Offered to provide me with a Lift in case I needed any thing done in the time I was waiting. They also pointed out some items that I needed taken care of and offered to repair then which I didn’t do because I have my own mechanic. But best of all, they offer good coffee while you wai. 😂

Biggest frauds BEWARE CRIMINAL BEHAVIOR. I have ever seen. My wife brought her car in fr an oil change during inspection they sent her A set of pictures and a bill for over $830 for what they called rodent damage to the exterior rubber on a battery harness wasn’t really 100% sure why the bill was so much declined the work picked up the car and asked for an estimate so that we could see what the charges were for because all it told us was 830 some odd dollars well when she got her estimate it contained no parts numbers just ... I’ve got 2 cars from this dealership, a Kia Forte & Kia Telluride. The most recent vehicle I got is the Kia Forte 2024. They’ve been servicing my car ever since and has been providing tremendous customer service every single time. They offer other types of promotions when it comes to services to help customers get certain kind of discount. I highly recommend this dealership to anyone because they do not only just treat you as a customer they treat you like a family member.

Definitely recommend. Ready at drop off. Had appointment — they greeted me by name as I walked in — done with check in in less than 5 minutes. Was originally told couple hours. Finished in less than an hour. Barely finished the cappuccino from their coffee bar machine. Good by the way!! Car clean and out door in 50 or so minutes. Will be back.

First I lie about how much it cost for a side mirror and installment then they called me today and they can’t help me trading my car in this is a horrible day. I don’t like being lied to I end up spending over $400 for installment and for a new mirror that I didn’t have my husband passed away four weeks ago and I’m trying to figure out finances and nobody will help me, this is a horrible place !

The worst KIA for service I have a life time free oil change with my car and my wife’s car and we moved here to AZ and they will not take the papers of the free life time oil change. We found Kia Customer Service Terrible! Cash purchased the car on 5/27/2024, unfortunately on 6/14/24 the car was totaled. We need the title to our vehicle to receive insurance payment. We have contacted Courtesy 3 times in person and made several phone calls requesting assistance with getting the title. We have also contacted MVD of Arizona multiple times and they have not received the documents from Courtesy Kia. Returned to their dealership on 7/5/24 again looking for help. I found they are a shady dealer. They advertise a price to look like they are offering a decent price then add a lot of normal items that many other dealerships include. It was almost like offering a car and then adding on a thousand for brakes. Then they say in their defense most other dealers do it also. No they don't... Horrible and simply not a true excuse. We worked with Chey Free who was great. We happened to score one of the Black Friday deals on a 2018 Honda CR-V. Chey was great to work with and while they would not let us take it offsite for a buyers diagnostic prior to purchase, once we did take it in it came back in great condition. I was pleasantly surprised that the car came with a 12 month extended warranty on some tiems. Courtesy Kia's Service Department is the WORST service department in the Valley. They do not call when they say they will. They do not email when they say the will. They do not honor their warranties. They are always 3-4 weeks out for service. DO NOT EVER USE COURTESY KIA SERVICE.
First, I did end up buying a car from this dealership as I was weeks into the process and frankly, just wanted to be done. However, while I doubt that anyone loves the sales process at car dealerships, this was honestly the absolute worst experience both myself and my partner have ever had. We have both purchased numerous vehicles in our life time.
Something to note, if you are attracted to the car based on the “internet price”, just know that they will always add $2k more to that for “mandatory fees”, not including tax, title and licensing. It is ... Read More
