My Name is Paul Morales. I am the Parts Manager at Courtesy Kia. I was born and raised in Phoenix, Arizona. Surrounded by competitive sports growing up and having a full-time coach of a Dad I was groomed to always do my best at anything I set my mind to. I have kept this mind set through life and my Career starting at Courtesy Chevrolet in 2014. I started working there as a temp to hire fulfilling orders and shipping out parts. My skills were recognized quickly being hired full time in 2015 as Warehouse Forman known for my accuracy, speed, and my ability to work well with others. I then moved into internet sales for the parts department growing into what it is today. A great deal of my success goes to my coworkers who have taught me the ins and outs of the business who have been by my side from day 1 working with the Courtesy Team for 20+ years. I looked up to these guys and wanted to be one of them. I have sat in almost every chair and every office setting in the parts department. I plan to keep this same momentum going leading my new team here at Courtesy Kia.
